Human Talents can be revealed to the outer world only when opportunities are given to showcase them on an eventual platform.  With the thought of portraying such fabulous talents and potential and bringing those into lime-light, the second year students of KTVR Knowledge Park for Engineering and Technology conducted the Talent Hunt-2010 for their juniors on 13th February, 2010.

Dr. D. Senthil Kumaran, Principal, KTVR-KPET, addressed the gathering about the programme and introduced the Jury members.  The event was headed by two special Jury members Dr. K. Brindha, Head, Department of Science and Humanities, Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology and Dr. M. Arasu, Head, Department of Foundry Technology, PSG Polytechnic.  The programme was entirely designed and formulated by the student volunteers which were a unique feature.  The students had an opportunity to gain knowledge regarding the organization of multifarious essentialities needed for the cause. 

Numerous competitions were held providing a chance for the students to excel in their talents.  Poetry writing, Oration, Just a minute, Painting, Pencil Sketching, Solo Singing, Group song, Instrumental music, Performing Arts, Photography were the events for the day.  The Jury members appreciated the participants and gave their comments on the events held.  The students took an active participation in all the events and thus the day proved to turn into a major success.
